VMA Awards 2009 Winners and Replay

The 2009 MTV Video Music Awards held on September 13, 2009 (9PM ET) at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City. Russell Brand hosted the awards and Janet Jackson made a special appearance at the VMA to pay tribute to her late brother Michael Jackson.
